Shaping Resilient Public Policy
Welcome to the Public Policy Resilience Institute (PPRi), a nonpartisan hub for policy research, analysis, and public comment. We promote social welfare by supporting evidence-based decision-making and clear, accountable public dialogue.
PPRi examines how public policy is shaped, implemented, and experienced in real-world institutional and organizational settings. We focus on the practical drivers of outcomes—leadership, governance structures, administrative capacity, and service delivery conditions—because policy success depends on implementation, not intent alone.
Our work includes research, policy analysis, public education, and formal public comments on proposed rules and policy changes. We translate complex proposals into plain language, identify where burden may shift onto the public, and recommend measurable safeguards that protect access, equity, and accountability—especially for older adults, people with disabilities, limited English proficiency communities, and those who rely on caregivers or authorized representatives.
PPRi follows a verification-first standard. We rely solely on publicly available information and primary source materials, and we present recommendations in testable terms (requirements, guardrails, and monitoring) to support effective and equitable implementation.
